Premier Preservation is a well established company with over 40 years' experience in the Structural Waterproofing and Refurbishment Works sector of the Building Industry; serving London and the areas within the M25.
The Company strives to obtain and maintain a high professional standard in the presentation, compilation and execution of the works, along with a sensitive, polite and courteous understanding of the Client's requirements and needs.
Clarification or requests for further information are treated with the same respect, and every endeavour is made to convey that information directly to the Client, so that a clear understanding prevails.

The company's management policy is always to communicate all aspects of the Task or Contract as clearly and coherently as possible to the owner, occupier or client so that a complete understanding is achieved. To tactfully manage and supervise the work instructions from concept to completion.
Communication is obviously of paramount importance whether bytelephone, E Mail or verbally. We however do not consider that a communication is complete until it has not only been acknowledged, but the content has been implemented in its detail.
Enquiries will be received, recorded and passed as appropriately to our administrative staff or a DEDICATED SURVEYOR for your respective area to action promptly.
Appointments for site visits will be arranged at a mutually convenient time.
Survey The property is the subject of a detailed survey utilising, as necessary, the latest non destructive test equipment, conducted by Premier's Surveyor who has a proven successful track record in this specialised area. The Surveyor's findings are detailed in a two part costed Estimate.
Part 1 - OBSERVATIONS AND OBJECTIVES details the following:
- Time and Date of Survey
- Weather Conditions
- Those present
- Specific Area Surveyed and Results of Survey
- Site Conditions at the time of Survey
- Present Usage
- Intended Usage
- Interpretation of Client's Requirements, Supporting Information, Instructions and Aims
Part 2 - Remedial Works Specification contains the following:
- Individually specified and detailed schedule of works
- A discription of how the works will be impemented and in what order they shall proceed.
- Any specific requirements including the Risk Control Measure Requirement
- Budget Costing
- Plan or sketch giving detailed visual interpretation.
- Dedicated Surveyor's direct contact telephone number so that clarifications, alterations or additions can be dealt with effectively and efficiently.
Variations - alterations, ommissions and additions. These will be received, monitored and conveyed to the Surveyor who will advise on the Structural. financial and aesthetic effect. If implementation is instructed a report will be raised detailing the specifics of the request, its influence and cost implications.
Thus Premier's Estimate and Variations therefore provide the essential baseline documentation that ensures a common understanding by all those concerned with the Works and provides the means of ensuring configeration control, quality control, cost control, and the means of compliance with CDM Regulations.
Remedial Works. All Premier's Specialist Works are carried out by Premier's Staff who have demonstrated a detailed and comprehensive knowledge of each specialised preservation process and product, together with the relevant risk control measures to be put in place when using that product.
General Refurbishment Works are completed to highly Acceptable Standards by a Trustworthy and Competent workforce.
High Standards of Site Supervision are enforced ensuring that:
- Operatives are NOT engaged or retained unless the quality of their work matches or exceeds the industry standard.
- Operatives are not assigned tasks beyound their capability.
- Each Component of the Works' programme is conducted in full compliance with requirements of Part 2 of the Estimate - Remedial Works.
- The logistic component of the Works Programme is Cost Effectively Managed.
- The Works are conducted in full consideration of the Client's Business Interests, Security Regulations and Contractor Code of Conduct and a Client considerate, co-operative, productive and friendly atmosphere is maintained throughout the works.
Inspection. Premier's Surveyors and the relevant Site Supervisor carry out a continuous inspection programme taking corrective actions, as necessary, to ensure that the Requirements of Part 2 of the Works Estimate and Variations thereof are being met. On completion a final inspection is made; any deviation being rectified prior to presenting the Works as complete to the Client.
